Southern

Highwalls
The Southern Continent is surrounded on all sides by mountain cliffs, none less than 300 feet tall with reefs under them, except the southern point.

The southern point of the continent has a valley just above sea level where the only known city is located.

The tip of the southern continent is at the equator and for six months the trade winds move favorably from the western continent (around summer equinox till winters equinox), during each equinox there is a period of about a month where the winds are favorable to none, the best way to get to Southern is to travel to the northern continent then travel along the border and south to southern.

Due to high tariffs in northern and the ease of sailing to Southern it has become the port of preference for most merchant ships
